Express testing is drop-in only from Tuesday to Friday and by appointment only on Saturdays. Starting February 3, 2025 we are piloting the use of Jane App for booking Saturday appointments. If you prefer to not use Jane App please call us during business hours to book an appointment at 604-707-5600.

Express Testing is a convenient and fast way to get routine STI/HIV tests. This service is available for chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV, syphilis and Hepatitis C.

Express Testing is NOT for you if you need an appointment for any of the following:

• Experiencing symptoms of an STI.
• You have had recent sexual contact with someone who tested positive for an STI and you require testing and treatment.
• Have had a recent condomless encounter and are wanting to access HIV Post-Exposure Prophylaxis or emergency contraception.
• If you are not comfortable with self-collection of throat, rectal or vaginal/internal genital swabs.
• If you would like to speak to a nurse for any other reason.

If you decide to proceed with Express Testing, the fastest way to get your results is to test with your Care Card (Personal Health Number) so you can check your results through your Health Gateway Account.
